Ceremony Set Up

While you are getting ready for one of the most important and exciting days, we will be busy setting up and styling the ceremony ensuring everything is beautiful and perfect.

●        An appointment to cover all aspects of your ceremony

●        Work with and suggest other suppliers if we don’t have everything you are looking for

●        Email and phone support

●        Full set up and styling

●        Pack down and removal of all Salt & Wildflowers hire items

●        Venue site visit available upon request.

Reception Set Up

If you have your ceremony covered but need help with the massive task of setting up the reception, then this package is for you. With you, we create a detailed design plan for your reception to make sure all details are thought of. On the day, our team will set up and style to perfection all before your guests arrive.

●        Consultation to discuss wedding design and styling concepts

●        Once confirmed, venue meeting if required (travel fee may apply)

●        Email and phone support

●        Suggest and liaise with other suppliers

●        Flexibility with adding/removing items up to 1-month prior

●        Full set up and styling the day before or on the day

●        Pack down and removal of all Salt & Wildflowers hire items the following day

COORDINATION

On the Day Coordination Service

This service is perfect for a couple who have organised the wedding themselves, but want to enjoy their special day so need a set of extra hands to make sure their details are executed perfectly.

●        Unlimited email and phone support from the time you engage our services

●        4 hours of our time on the day to coordinate your event and timeline.
